Alex Bradford
Co-Founder and Chairman
Alex is a veteran technology investor, serial entrepreneur, and active cryptocurrency investor. He is the founder of Voyager Global Advisors, Voyager Global Capital Partners, and BIG, a group of e-commerce companies. Alex was formerly a tech/media Research Analyst at SAC Capital Advisors, a $14B hedge fund, investment banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs (TMT), and Business Analyst McKinsey & Co. He received a BA from Stanford with Honors and Distinction and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.





Dr. Garrick Hileman
Co-Founder and CEO / Head of Research
Garrick is one of the world's most-cited researchers of cryptocurrencies and distributed ledger technologies. He received his PhD from the London School of Economics and is a researcher at the University of Cambridge, where he teaches classes on cryptocurrencies and distributed leader technologies. He is the author of the "2017 Global Cryptocurrency Benchmarking Study" (University of Cambridge) and the follow-on "2017 Global Blockchain Benchmarking Study" (University of Cambridge). He also created and published the CoinDesk State of Bitcoin and State of Blockchain reports from 2013-2016. His prior work experience includes equity research and corporate finance for a San Francisco investment bank.




Alpkaan Celik

Alpkaan is a mathematician and data scientist. Before joining Mosaic, Alpkaan was a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he led various data science initiatives in the Web Platform Team. Alpkaan also worked in investment banking at Citigroup and was a Research Analyst at the Harvard Business School. He graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Government. He also focused on Economics throughout his studies. Alpkaan is passionate about bringing more clarity and transparency to the cryptocurrency world.




Dr. David Horning, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
For the last 5 years, David was CFO of several technology startups in San Francisco. Before that, he was an investor at Palo Alto Investors for 5 years, and a capital markets Research Analyst at Washington Mutual Bank. David has an MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Ben Fisch
Software Architect
Ben is currently a PhD candidate in the computer science department at Stanford University, working with Dan Boneh and the applied cryptography research group. His previous research affiliations include: the Weizmann Institute, Columbia University, and Cornell-Tech. His research spans various topics in cryptography and security, including cryptocurrencies, secure computation, private database search (see Blind Seer), and applications of hardware security environments such as Intel SGX. He also has industry experience as a software developer for 1010data and as a consultant for LGS Innovations. He received his bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2013.




Dr. Greg Wientjes
Software Developer
Dr. Greg Wientjes, has been a software developer for the past 14 years. He was awarded his PhD at Stanford in 2010, and completed his Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering (2006) and his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (2004), both from Stanford. He attended Singularity University (2009), and Draper University (2013). Dr. Wientjes is the author of four books on technology, and is founder of an Internet marketplace for university students and faculty.


Bryan Lemster
Software Developer
Bryan has over twelve years of development and project management experience. Throughout his career, Bryan has engaged in large-scale development projects including social networks, Blockchain/cryptocurrency projects, and mobile application development for the iOS and Android platforms. Previously, he worked at one of the largest software companies, Computer Associates, at its headquarters in Long Island, NY as a lead engineer on new development projects. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.


Andrey Gubar

Andrey has more than fifteen years of experience in software development: web and mobile applications, blockchain and cryptocurrency, large-scale and distributed systems, and many others. He received a Master of Science degree in Computer Science (Software Development) at the Dnipro National University (Dnipro city, Ukraine) in 2003.


Zafar Gilani
Chief Data Architect
Zafar is currently pursuing the final stages of PhD at the University of Cambridge. The topic of his research has been understanding the agents of social media influence, with a particular focus on automated social agents (aka bots). His research has been interdisciplinary involving techniques from statistical analysis, computational social science and machine learning. He has published a number of papers at top conferences during this time. Prior to starting his doctoral research he worked at GfK SE (2013-2014), Telefonica Research (2013) and Stanford University (2009-2011). He completed joint MS in distributed computing from KTH and UPC in 2013, and won the best paper award for his work. He completed BS in IT from NUST in 2009, and won the best degree project award.




Ihor Pidruchny

Ihor Pidruchny is a competent technology manager and advisor with an expertise in Blockchain technology. He has experience developing cutting-edge technology projects with clients from the Toronto and Silicon Valley startup ecosystems. Andrew Zubko

Yury Smirnov

Simon Janin

He is a co-founder at chainSolutions GmbH, a Swiss company focused on Development and Consulting in the Blockchain space. Simon studied Computer Science at ETH Zurich, where he invented the FileBounty protocol - an Ethereum-based file transfer Protocol which enables distrusting parties to exchange files for money while guaranteeing integrity. At the launch of Ethereum, in 2015, Simon published a series of YouTube videos for investors, suggesting them to invest, when the price of Ether was $0.60.
